X Football is committed in ensuring that you have the best experience possible when buying and selling through our marketplace. We do not tolerate any form of counterfeit products and want to ensure that our marketplace continues to be for authentic products only.
To ensure that all products are authentic, X Football provides the X Football Buyer Protection Policy. This policy allows any buyer who deems that their product is inauthentic to be investigated and ultimately lead to a full refund on your purchase.
The individual that has purchased the product will submit a claim that they believe the product they have bought is a counterfeit product and/or not in the condition as described within the images and description.
This individual will provide evidence through images to X Football.
X Football takes every claim seriously. The X Football team will investigate the item and make a decision based on the images and in-depth research of the product.
The buyer will be contacted in regards to the decision that has been made by the X Football team.
If the claim is successful, the seller will be contacted and be made aware of the outcome made from their product. X Football has zero tolerance to fake products, therefore the seller would be blacklisted and banned from our marketplace.
As shown on our terms of service, any product deemed a counterfeit will be sent back to the seller at the individuals expense and all product costs reimbursed to the buyer.
The buyer will receive a full refund on the purchased product. Unfortunately, there is no refund policy on items in which the individual has changed their mind or bought the wrong size or fit.
