Does X Football provide shipping labels?
X Football does not currently provide integrated shipping labels. Sellers are responsible for arranging their own postage.
Choosing a carrier
Use a tracked service that provides a tracking number you can upload to the order. For high-value items, use an insured service that covers the item's sale price. Royal Mail Tracked, DPD, DHL, FedEx, and UPS all offer suitable tracked services.
Packaging
Pack items securely and appropriately for the item type. Boots should be wrapped to prevent creasing. Jerseys should be folded carefully. Fragile items like framed memorabilia need appropriate padding. Damage caused by inadequate packaging is the seller's responsibility.
Retain proof of postage
Keep your receipt or proof of postage until the buyer has confirmed receipt. If a dispute arises about delivery, proof of postage is critical evidence in your favour.
Shipping costs
You set your shipping charges when creating a listing. Ensure these cover your actual postage costs. X Football does not apply a Seller Fee to shipping fees charged to buyers.
