How do I verify my account?
Account verification on X Football applies to sellers. Buyers can purchase without any verification beyond creating an account.
Seller verification
When you apply to become a seller, you submit identity and store information through the onboarding wizard. X Football manually reviews this before approving your account. We may contact you if we need additional information.
Stripe identity verification
Separately, Stripe may ask for identity verification as part of their Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements when you connect your Stripe account for payouts. This is a Stripe requirement and involves submitting a government-issued ID.
Getting Verified
Applying for Verification involves a review of your seller identity and track record by the X Football team. Go to Seller Dashboard → Settings → Trust & Verification to apply. It is not automatic, it is assessed by our team.
