How do I connect my Stripe account?
Stripe Connect is how X Football pays sellers. You need to complete Stripe's onboarding before your listings can go live and before you can receive any payouts.
Starting the connection
In your Seller Dashboard, go to the Payouts or Settings section and click "Connect with Stripe". You'll be redirected to Stripe's secure onboarding flow.
What Stripe asks for
Stripe will ask for your name, address, date of birth, and bank account details (for payouts). You may also be asked to provide identity verification documents. This is a Stripe requirement, not an X Football one, we never see or store this information.
After connecting
Once Stripe onboarding is complete, your account status updates in your Seller Dashboard. Your approved listings will become publicly visible and payouts can be processed. If onboarding is incomplete, listings remain hidden from buyers.
Updating your bank details
To change your payout bank account, log into your Stripe dashboard directly at dashboard.stripe.com and update your bank account there. Changes reflect in X Football automatically.
Complete Stripe onboarding as part of your initial seller setup, it's easier to do it in one sitting than to come back later. Listings cannot go live without it.
