What is the X Football Crest?
The X Football Crest is our verified seller mark. When buyers see it on a store page, they know that seller has been through our verification process and met our standards. It's earned, not bought.
What does Verified mean?
A Verified seller has had their identity confirmed, demonstrated consistently accurate listings, maintained reliable dispatch and communication, and been approved by the X Football team. Verification is reviewed on an ongoing basis, it can be revoked if standards drop.
How do I become Verified?
Go to Seller Dashboard → Settings → Trust & Verification and submit your verification request. Our team will review your identity documents, listing history, and buyer feedback. Most reviews are completed within 2–3 business days.
Is Verification the same as my subscription tier?
No, they are completely separate. Verification is about trust and authenticity. Your subscription tier (Free, Pro, or Elite) is about features and Seller Fee rates. A Free tier seller can be fully Verified. An Elite seller who violates our standards can lose their Verified status.
What do buyers see?
Verified sellers display the Crest mark on their store page and listings. Buyers can see at a glance that the seller has been vetted by X Football, without needing to read through reviews or listing history.
The fastest path to Verification is consistent dispatch, accurate condition grading, and thorough listing photos. Sellers with strong early track records typically pass review first time.
