How do I return an item?
If your item is not as described, is inauthentic, or arrives damaged, you can request a return within 7 days of the delivery date.
Starting a return
Go to Orders in your account. Find the relevant order and tap "Request Return". Select the reason for return from the options provided, not as described, wrong item sent, item arrived damaged, or inauthentic item. Add any additional detail and, if possible, attach photos.
Review timeline
X Football reviews return requests within 24 hours. We may contact the seller for their response before making a decision. You'll be notified by email with the outcome.
If your return is approved
You'll receive instructions on how to return the item to the seller. Return postage costs for approved returns (where the fault is the seller's) are typically covered or reimbursed. Once the seller confirms receipt of the return, your refund is processed within 3–5 business days.
Change of mind
Change of mind returns are at the individual seller's discretion. X Football does not mandate sellers to accept returns where the item matches its description. If you're unsure about an item before buying, message the seller for additional photos or details.
Do not return an item without X Football confirming the return, especially if you believe the item is counterfeit. In some cases we need the item for assessment and may ask you to hold it.
