What qualifies for a return?
X Football's return policy is designed to protect buyers from dishonest or inaccurate listings, not to accommodate buyer's remorse.
Accepted return reasons
Item significantly not as described (e.g. condition worse than listed, major defects not disclosed), item is inauthentic, item arrived damaged in transit, wrong item sent by seller.
Not accepted
Change of mind, item does not fit (size was accurately listed), buyer did not read the description carefully, personal preference. X Football cannot accept returns for reasons that are the buyer's responsibility.
Grey areas
Condition grading can be subjective. If you believe an item's condition was materially misrepresented, not just slightly different from your expectation, provide photos and a clear explanation when submitting your return request. We assess each case individually.
The 7-day window
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date shown in your order. After this window closes, X Football cannot intervene regardless of the reason. If you think you've received an inauthentic item, don't delay.
