How long does a refund take?
Refunds on X Football follow a defined process. The timeline depends on when the return is approved and when the item is received by the seller.
Return approved, item in transit
Once X Football approves your return, you return the item to the seller. The refund is held until the seller confirms receipt.
Seller confirms receipt
When the seller marks the returned item as received, X Football initiates the refund. Processing takes 3–5 business days.
Where the refund goes
Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout. If you paid by card, the refund appears on the same card. Depending on your bank, it may take a further 3–5 business days to appear on your statement.
If the seller delays confirming receipt
If the seller has not confirmed receipt within a reasonable period after tracked delivery, contact X Football support and we will override the hold and process the refund directly.
