Selling
How do I list my first item?
Creating a listing is quick, but a well-prepared listing performs significantly better, in search results, in buyer confidence, and in avoiding disputes.
Choose the right category
Start by selecting the category that best fits your item: Jerseys, Boots, Outerwear, Accessories, Footballs, Cards, or Memorabilia. The category determines which filters and attributes are available to buyers, choosing correctly helps buyers find your listing.
Fill in item details
Provide an accurate title, size (where applicable), condition grade, and a clear description. Be specific about any wear, marks, or missing tags. Listings that misrepresent item condition are the leading cause of returns and disputes.
Upload photos
Upload clear photos of the front, back, badge, and any labels or tags. If there is any wear or damage, photograph it clearly. Natural light works best. Buyers rely heavily on photos, listings with only one or two images tend to underperform.
Set your price
Enter your asking price. If you want to allow buyers to negotiate, enable the "Offers" option. You can also set a minimum offer threshold so you only receive serious enquiries.
Submit for review
Once submitted, your listing enters our review queue. Reviews typically complete within 24 hours. You'll receive a notification when your listing goes live. If your listing is rejected, we'll explain why and you can revise and resubmit.
Listings with 5 or more photos, a complete description, and an accurate condition grade are approved faster and sell more quickly.
