Can I make an offer on a listing?
The offers feature lets you negotiate directly with sellers on eligible listings. It's a good way to secure items you want at a price that works for both sides.
How to make an offer
On a listing that has offers enabled, tap the "Make an Offer" button. Enter the amount you'd like to pay and submit. The seller will receive a notification and can accept, decline, or counter your offer.
Offer timeline
Sellers have 48 hours to respond to an offer. If they don't respond within that window, the offer expires automatically. You can submit a new offer at any time.
If your offer is accepted
You'll receive a notification and a prompt to complete checkout at the agreed price. The item is held for you during a short window, if you don't check out in time, the offer may lapse and the listing returns to the marketplace.
Counter offers
Sellers may counter with a different price rather than accepting or declining outright. You can then accept the counter, decline it, or submit a revised offer of your own.
Which listings have offers enabled?
Sellers choose whether to enable offers on each listing. If the option isn't available on a listing, the seller has opted for a fixed price only. You can still message them directly to enquire.
Submitting very low offers repeatedly on the same listing is considered poor conduct and may be flagged by the seller.
