How do I buy on X Football?
Buying on X Football is straightforward. Every listing comes from a manually reviewed seller, and your payment is protected until you confirm the item has arrived.
Find what you want
Use the category navigation. Jerseys, Boots, Outerwear, Accessories, Footballs, Cards, Memorabilia, or type directly into the search bar. You can filter by size, condition, price range, and seller Crest level to narrow results.
Check the listing carefully
Before buying, review the photos, condition grade, seller description, and the seller's Crest level and review history. If you have questions, you can message the seller directly from the listing page.
Add to cart and checkout
Tap "Add to Cart" and proceed to checkout. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. You can pay by card. X Football never stores your card details, all payment data is handled directly by Stripe.
Track your order
After purchase, go to Orders in your account. You'll see the order status update as the seller dispatches and adds tracking. You'll also receive email notifications at each stage.
Confirm receipt
Once your item arrives, confirm receipt in the Orders page. This releases payment to the seller. You'll also be prompted to leave a review, your feedback directly affects seller visibility on the platform.
Buyers are never asked to pay off-platform. If a seller contacts you asking to pay via bank transfer, PayPal, or any other method, report it immediately.
