Are payments safe?
Every payment on X Football is handled by Stripe, one of the world's most trusted payment infrastructure providers. X Football never handles or stores card data directly.
How payments are processed
When you check out, your card details are entered directly into a Stripe-hosted payment form. X Football never sees your card number, expiry, or CVV. Stripe processes the payment and X Football receives a confirmation.
Fund holding
Buyer funds are held securely until the order is confirmed as delivered and the buyer marks it as received. This protects buyers, if an item doesn't arrive or isn't as described, the money hasn't gone anywhere it can't be recovered from.
Off-platform payments
X Football will never ask you to pay outside the platform. If a seller contacts you asking to complete payment via bank transfer, PayPal Friends and Family, cryptocurrency, or any other method, do not proceed and report the seller immediately.
Fraud protection
Stripe's fraud detection tools monitor all transactions. Suspicious activity is flagged automatically. X Football's team also reviews dispute patterns and removes sellers who exhibit concerning behaviour.
