What is the 30-day Pro trial?
To help new sellers get started without financial pressure, every approved seller account begins with a 30-day Pro trial.
What the trial includes
For 30 days from the date your seller account is approved, you pay 0% Seller Fee on all completed sales. The 3% Stripe payment processing fee still applies, but no X Football Seller Fee is deducted. You also get full access to Pro features during the trial.

Branded seller storefront, full analytics dashboard, Shopify integration, and access to priority seller support.
What happens after 30 days
At the end of your trial, you automatically move to the Pro tier at 8% Seller Fee. You'll receive a reminder email 7 days before the trial ends so you have time to decide. If you prefer not to continue on Pro, you can downgrade to Free from your Seller Dashboard before the trial ends.
Downgrading to Free
If you downgrade to Free before your trial ends, you lose access to Pro features immediately. Any listings synced via Shopify will be moved to draft status and will need to be relisted manually or by reconnecting the integration on a Pro tier.
Use the trial period to build your review history and test the Shopify integration. A strong start gives you the data to decide whether Pro is worth it for your business.
